Each Abbey Carpet & Floor showroom is a locally owned, family run business.
Being your locally owned and operated floor covering professional, the well-being of you the customer, your family and that of our team is most important. We too have been watching the news and are receiving updates regarding the current status of Coronavirus.
As your local floor covering specialist, each store location is doing their part to manage the potential spread of COVID-19 by following recommendations regarding safety and precautionary measures within each showroom, including proper cleaning guidelines and practicing social distancing.
Services may vary by location due to state and local governmental mandates. Please contact your local Abbey Carpet & Floor showroom to find out about showroom availability, flexible methods of product selection and installations:
• In-store appointments to control the number of customers in the showroom at the same time
• Free shop-at-home services
o Free product sample delivery and pickup
• Free in-home measure and estimate services
• Scheduled installation services
o Each installer is encouraged to follow protective methods provided by the CDC and other health organizations
• Encouragement of staff to stay home if sick
We are sincerely sorry for any interruption in normal services to customers…we remain optimistic for a bright future. If services are temporarily interrupted, our store locations will be ready to resume in-store full service and continue to provide solutions for all your flooring needs once they’re given the green light.
